2. Products
We offer high-quality, hand-poured, luxury candles crafted from premium materials. All product descriptions, images, and pricing information are provided to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that they are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
Note: The colors and scents of our candles may vary slightly from what is depicted online due to differences in lighting, computer monitors, and natural product variations.
3. Order Acceptance and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Payment is required in full before your order is processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal service delays or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our luxury candles, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If a refund is granted, it is at the discretion of Kimbo’s Scents customer service team per each individual scenario/situation presented.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may offer a replacement, but no refunds will be provided unless granted at the discretion of Kimbo’s Scents.
6. Cancellation of Orders
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We strongly encourage you to verify your order details before completing the checkout process.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, product names, images, text, and designs, are the property of Kimbo’s Scents unless provided by suppliers of the materials used, and or public use photography (e.g. Google, National Geographic, etc.) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written consent from us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimbo’s Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
